Massage therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother’s needs and changing body. We use a comfortable Body Support System to cradle and support the body in a neutral position on the massage table.

Postpartum Massage

Postpartum Massage assists the new mother in finding her new normal. Its especially beneficial for women experiencing mental or physical fatigue after birth, dealing with aches and pains from labor or new motherhood, or shifting moods due to fluctuating hormone levels. Our body support system brings comfort to new and nursing moms. Postpartum massage is recommended for the first two to three months following birth.

Private Infant Massage Instruction

Learn about the benefits of infant massage and receive instruction in a basic routine to enjoy with your little miracle at home or on the go! Plan on approximately 60 minutes for this private class with our certified infant massage therapist and educator.
