Finding Emotional Freedom with EFT Tapping
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) promotes relaxation and connection between body and mind by utilizing gentle tapping on specific calming acupressure points of the body to bring peace and renewal in body and mind. Recent studies by Dr. Peta Stapleton et al. indicate a reduction of the stress hormone Cortisol by 37-43%, an increase of 113% in secretory IgA antibodies which promote immune health, decrease in anxious feelings by 40% and boosting happiness 31%! We can all benefit from regular use of EFT!
The goal of this live interactive workshop is to teach you how to use selected Emotional Freedom Techniques for yourself to improve your breathing and relaxation, and give you a powerful tool to manage any stress, worry, loneliness, sadness, anger, fear or helplessness that has been knocking on your door.
The class will include handouts and complementary 12 hour access to the documentary, "The Science of Tapping". The link to the documentary will be provided upon registration and handouts will be given in class. Donations are accepted for this event. If you can not donate at this time, please do not let it hold you back from learning this valuable life skill. Call us and we will add you in on our end.
